Shipping policy

Every item is made to order—printed just for you after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and keeps our production intentional.

Production Time: Most orders are created in 2–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. International shipping times vary.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships and tracking is available.
Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

A quick note: Holiday seasons and high-volume periods can add extra time. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Address Accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may require an additional fee.

Issues / Damages: If your order arrives damaged or seems lost, email us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right.
